Valeriya is twenty-two years old, a native of Russia, with ambitions, striving to always be up-to-date and develop professionally, to gain valuable and interesting experience. Valeria graduated from the Institute of Culinary Arts with two diplomas – British and Bulgarian, both with excellent results. During her studies, she completed an internship in a Michelin-starred restaurant in the Canary Islands and received excellent recommendations, then worked in Bulgaria in a modern confectionery brand. Valeria is currently engaged in the development of new concepts and products, understanding the world of culinary innovation and increasing her competence.

She plans to establish herself as a Chef developing new brands in confectionery. In addition, good communication skills and working in international teams help Valeria to train people in culinary art, which she does with great pleasure, as she believes that the art of creation should be in every day of life. The young and modern confectioner reflects herself in her personal motto: “Don’t do it because you can, but do it because you want to know more”.
