Pink Pelican

“Pink Pelican” comes from the name of the beautiful pink birds, which in Bulgaria can only be found near Silistra, in the UNESCO-protected reserve. And since Mario and Boyan have thought through their whole concept well, Pink Pelican Cellar’s debut series of craft wines is named after the protected reserve “Srebarna”.

In 2017, Mario and Boyan started their business – with technological help from the family and with a lot of enthusiasm. From their parents, they adopted not only knowledge about the technology and the practice of the process, but also the understanding that in order to be successful in a given undertaking, you have to be passionate about it – to devote yourself to the work with all your love.
