For nine years, he has been leading the kitchen of the five restaurants on the territory of the Blacksirama golf complex. Our concept is simple – our own production of wine and food, presented to the customer in its best form.
The beginning of my professional development is in the city of Plovdiv, in several restaurants that were quite good for their time, followed by Sofia – the experience in the best bar & dinner “Motto”, “Opera”, “Spaghetti”. Then came the challenge of taking over the kitchen of the first SLH hotel for Bulgaria, hl Yastrebets in KK Borovets, where in two years we won more awards than our national football team, and since 2008 I have enjoyed the success of Blacksearama.
