The Culinary Arts Institute (CAI) at Varna University of Management prepares its students for a professional career, offering the only accredited programs in Eastern Europe that allow the acquisition of higher education in the field of hospitality and culinary arts.
The training is practical-oriented and characterized by innovation, research elements and a non-traditional approach to the culinary arts. Along with academic knowledge and practical skills, students get a unique opportunity to gain experience in fine Michelin-starred restaurants, working with some of the most famous and globally recognized chefs.
The CAI team includes foreign and Bulgarian chef-instructors with extensive practical experience, who upgrade the “standard culinary training” and bring it closer to the magic of art. Focusing on creativity, they create generations of innovators, culinary designers and ideologues.
