Veselin became part of the METRO Academy team in 2016, after graduating with honors from the prestigious HRC Culinary Academy. He has extensive experience in the field of pastries and confectionery, thanks to specializations in England and Germany. He was part of the team of some of the most popular Bulgarian restaurants such as “Talents” and “ANDRè”. Veselin’s great passion is confectionery and more specifically modern restaurant desserts. He does not stop developing, attending master classes of proven pastry chefs from all over the world. He had the honor of working with some of them during METRO Academy events.
