Simeon The Great

Simeon the Great is a boutique white dry wine that tells a story. The vineyards are located in the village of Dragoevo, in close proximity to the old capital Veliki Preslav – the pearl of the Bulgarian Golden Age. The region where the grapes are grown is ecologically clean.

One of the battles of the Great King was fought on our land. Every glass of this wine is a glass of history. The vines are a Sauvignon Blanc variety, sourced from sunny Italy. They are planted with care and grown with love.

In addition to high-quality grapes from which the wine is made, Simeon the Great is distinguished by a dense taste, good acidity and memorable aromas. It is vinified at Sala Estate by the remarkable technologist Anelia Hristakieva.
