Culinary Arts Institute
Culinary Arts Institute at the Graduate School of Management prepares students for a professional career in the restaurant and food industry. It is the only accredited higher education level program in Eastern Europe that leads to a Bachelor’s degree upon successful completion of studies.
The program is conducted entirely in English by culinary experts with diverse cultural and international practical experience. A key role in the training is played by the mandatory training internships in high-class restaurants, most of them with Michelin classification – one, two or three stars, in France, Spain, Portugal, Holland, Great Britain, Germany, etc.
