“Fortunate is anyone who discovers their vocation! Whenever I do confectionery I feel happy! I manage to express my creativity and develop in what gives me the most pleasure. I started my career 6 years ago from my home kitchen. Through my confectionery business MY CAFE | by Ani Boland I have become part of the sweetest moments of thousands of customers. I am a master pastry chef and decorator. An absolute advocate of healthy eating and desserts in particular. I like to experiment with new products and techniques I am currently working as a Guest Instructor at Varna Culinary Academy.

Achievements:

I won the Culinary Cup and Gold Medal in the category “Pastry Chef of the Year 2016”; Judge in a number of Culinary competitions and events, at local and national level.
