Robin Villarreal



Academic Operation Director, as well chef Robin is one of the founder's of the concept of Hospitality and Culinary Arts, Culinary Arts Institute (CAI) at Varna University of Management (VUM). He is designer of first Culinary program in Bulgaria. Chef Robin Villarreal is graduate of the world's largest hospitality education institution - Le Cordon Bleu. Part of his trainings in the culinary world is from Alain Ducasse Restaurant Louis XV, Monte Carlo (3 Stars Michelin Restaurant). 
His background in the Culinary Education includes positions like Executive Chef, Pastry Chef, Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef Instructor of international culinary schools such as Le Cordon Bleu Casa de Francia, Mexico and Escuela, UVM/Glion Tlalpan, Mexico. Chef Robin is the first Director and Head Chef of the Culinary Programme opened on the territory of VUM more than 8 years ago. Currently he is combining the position of Programme Director at CAI with Key Account Manager of a Seafood Distribution Danish Company.
